I am new! Looking for a little support on cracking down on dropping some weight but mostly - incorporating a healthier lifestyle, more physical fitness and TONING UP!

I am 24 years old and a Southern California native. I am 5'7" and pretty afraid to step on the scale but I estimate I am probably 140+ lbs. I am naturally a curvy body type but, as you can tell with from the attached picture, could use a bit of toning.

I have an INSANE sweet tooth. I eat (ate...hopefully) candy daily. I LOVE fruity candies (Starburst, Skittles, etc.) I also admit to fast food binges and often let stress eating get the best of me. Though I am typically an active girl, my workout regimen the past few months has virtually disappeared. My regular (daily) yoga is sporadic and haven't done cardio in MONTHS. Needless to say - I have 1 pair of "fat jeans" that fit me (I have never been this out of shape) and I really don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe, feel guilty or say "I will change tomorrow" one more day.

I am totally motivated and ready to change my habits and joined this website for an extra motivating push.
