I want to weigh 15-16st, so a 2st loss minimum


Hi all,

I suppose xmas isn't the best time to start to diet, i am looking for advice on were to start, ill give some info about myself and perhaps i could go from

Height: 6ft

weight: 18st 3lb

Gender: Male

blood pressure: 160/110

Have IBS

walk 16-20 miles a week

stopped smoking may 20th 2010
 
Your taking the right steps by starting. Congrats on stopping smoking. By losing weigh, starting an exercise program and eating a healthy diet you can most likely bring down your blood pressure. Walking is good. Also eating healthy can help your IBS.
