First of let me introduce myself.

I am Tomaž from slovenia, working as a computer programmer/administrator.
My usual day is 8-12 hours in front of a computer screen.

At age 26 i became a little worried since i am out of shape completly and i started to gain weight resulting because of my lack of movement. We all know the story i guess :drool5:

I am 170cm tall and 75kg of weight.
I am pretty sure i am around 10kg overweighted.

My stomach started to grow :)

Someone has some pointers on how should i start to excersise?

I have started to take 30 minutes run in the woods every two days.
Do not know if that will acomplish anything ...

Somebody can give me some guides or post some links on how to start living life more active and do some regular excersise to lose weigth and improve my overall body ?
