
I'm Rachel! I'm 26, happily married, and working on TTC our first baby. Seeing as how it's a new year and all, I'm on a quest to lose some weight...50lbs., to be exact. I may decide to lose more when I make that goal, but for now, that's where I'm at. I'm 5'6", and currently 237lbs. I was relatively thin all of my life, so being this heavy is very hard on me, and I'm finally at the point where I can't live like this anymore. I started gaining weight about 2 years ago...my metabolism slowed down, and my diet became based on convenience instead of nutrition. I LOVE food, and have horrible willpower when it comes to knowing when to stop eating. Unfortunately for me, I'm the worst type of overweight person. I love to eat, and hate exercise.
I've decided that this year is going to be the year I change that.I'm here hoping to gain some support, as well as to offer it to other people who are on the same journey as I am. I'm open to any suggestions, tips, whatever you may have for me!
