I'm a female 34, 5'6''. My weight was 120 lbs and now I'm 200 lbs. I don't feel so good anymore and so decided to start exercising. I want to lose a good 60 lbs atleast.. any tips on getting started? would taking pills for the first few months along with going to the gym be enough?
 
Why would you start with taking pills when you don't have a proper diet even planned yet?

You have to build a foundation.

Without it, you've got nothing.

eat healthy and workout regularly.. and u'll reach ur target weight before u know it :) :)

Welcome to the forum Lisa. Good luck with your goals. Just be sure to stay focused. Also I agree with Steve you shouldn't start off with using pills. I recommend you start off exercising. You could start going for walks to get started though instead of just going on a workout frenzy from the start. As well as start eating healthy and find out your daily carb limit and don't exceed it. This should help you get started. ^^
