***Hi all***

Hi all,
I tried to take advantage of this great site last year, but with my schedule and all I had a hard time keeping up with it.

I've lost about 30 lbs. by working out 5 times a week for an hour (cardio and weights each day) but now I'm not getting anywhere anymore...I know I need to change up my routine..but at a gym thats kinda limited....

Anyway, would love any advice..

(daily routine, 30-40 mins on elliptical at level 13...then 1 mile walk/run/sprint on treadmill...then weights...inner thigh calves row machine, then about 200 crunches)

Any advice is helpful!!!!

First I think 5X1h exercise a week seems reasonable but I'm just wondering what your diet would be like?
Also does your gym club offer and courses such as aerobics, step or even rock and roll dancing?

Thanks for responding....I haven't tried any of the classes....kinda intimidating because all of the group know the routine and such...might try a spinning class
 
Never be afraid to try something new. That class just may be the thing to push you to the next level. And to be honest, i bet you that everyone else in that class had to have a first day as well. So do feel intimidated... get motivated!!!

:) yep was gonna say that! when I started aerobic step, I looked like a duck trying hard at not falling off the step but now I can anticipate the moves, know how to do them and get a better work out. Better, I'm even more motivated to attend!
 
Garbage

Well, not feeling too hot. Had my birthday weekend free for all. BINGE!. I keep doing the "I'll take this very seriously starting tomorrow" um two years now...I want something simple for dinner...maybe start making a smoothie for breakfast and dinner and have lean cuisine meal for lunch...I eat too much at dinner time...i'm eating healthy stuff, just too much of it I think.like instead of 7 oz of chicken i'll have like twice as much. Arg
