well i guess ill start by saying Hello my name is bobby and i am 22 years old. I guess i should start by telling me story. Well i had been around 300 lbs most of highschool and wen i finally reached 320 i decided it was time to change... i took on a low carb diet and got down to around 270/260 it stopped working so i ended up switching to low fat diet. All this time i had a gym memborship and was doing around an hour of cardio a day. sometimes ranging to doing about 4 miles. i didn't eat much and kept my calories way lower than i should. But i got down to 195 but was not satisfied with my look. i wasn't toned as id hoped i would... i was indeed small and in good health but lost much strength and didn't have the look i wanted... shortly afterwords college started i stopped going to the gym as much and eating habits fell short... i ended up around 270 again in a matter of a few months... lol started doing maximum research on the proper way to loose weight and maintain muscle. today im 22 years old 214 lbs *still falling* all the while i did about 2 hours of strength a day and never went above 20 or 30 minutes of cardio and the results are much better but still not statisfied. I do in fact eat healthy and carbs only wen necessary for my body to use them, not when laying around. I took up boxing and such for small metabo boosts throughout the day. If i feel tired i pick up and do pushups and setups as well as some shadow boxing or sparing with friends. As i said though im 214 i think i may stop at 200. My body fat anaylisis (electronic) at my gym had me at lean mass 188 and 11 percent body fat. *shocked* but it doesn't appear as that though, i thought id be much leaner ya know. Im thinking its a bit of loose skin but some people say it will never correct while others say it will as im only 22, if i maintain the weight and muscle for a long period of time... but i dunno, i have come a long way. Im just wondering if it is possible for me to get a body presentable with my shirt off. Her are some pictures to show. Any advice? anyone know if this will tone up or do i really just have more fat to loose. When i use online body fat calculators it comes up about 20 percent right now. But the electronic one at my gym that i paid for to have done came up 11 percent. So i guess im wondering is this it, do i just maintain this.
