My name is James and I live near Leeds in England. I am married and fairly new to getting fit.
Unfortunately, I am a heft guy who weighs 22.03 stone (140Kg / 308lb) and I really need to lose weight (but that is a different thread).
My wife Julia is slim and is looking to tone up.
(although like most women, she's pretty fit but doesnt know it!)
