Hello everyone! I'm brand new here and looking to lose some serious weight and get my life back... :)

I'm starting in at 217 (eek) and looking to get down to about 130-120 ish... so I've got a long road ahead of me but I feel like I can do it.

Right now I'm training and hoping to be able to complete at least a sprint triathlon this summer... (the shortest distance). I was a highly competitive endurance swimmer in high school and I'm hoping that my body will remember, haha.

Any words of encouragement or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

oh and I'm 20 yrs old, female, and in college... (those first two years of college really helped me to pack on the pounds, ugh.)
 
Hi Iron girl,

im restarting too, a while back I lost A LOT of weight and have gradually put it all back on.

I tend to overeat when stressed and I have been stressed a lot lately! However no more excuses, I am tired of being tired and always squeezing into my clothes.
