I'm very new to this so please be nice!

I'm 18 and looking to lose weight to hopefully become happier and healthier in myself.

I thought I'd log on here to find other people who are also trying to lose weight so I can find the motivation to continue with this. I'd appreciate any advice and support people can give me.

How much do you hope to lose? What eating/exercise plan are you to follow?
 
I'm aiming to lose around 50lbs to get down to a healthier weight but would probably like to lose a little bit more than that after. I have no set eating or exercise plan at the moment, just trying to cut out junk food to start with, eat healthier foods and stop over-eating. I have an exercise bike at home that I'll be using as much as possible and the dogs will be getting walked a lot heh.
 
Would be great to have ya stop by the Dog Walker's Club on the forum. I try to walk my dog(see avatar) at least 2x a week, and we add up the miles. Hope to see ya there!
