HI!

I just wanted to do a quick introduction, and say hello to you guys. My name is Meagan, and I am 25 years old (26 in a few weeks!). Anyway, I've had a crazy couple of years, and my body and weight went on kind of a roller coaster of a ride. I spent the last year working to get back to my original weight, but these last 10 or so pounds are making me nuts. I finally decided to look for some support, and found this site. I'm excited to meet all of you and get some tips!

My goal weight is flexible because I am focusing on building muscle. If anyone has any good tricep exercises, that would rock!

Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you!

YES! I am so glad you're trying to build muscle as well as lose weight. So many people fail to realize that just losing weight isn't going to get you a healthy body. If you want to get toned, you need muscle!
