Hi all

ok just started to exercise and eating healthy as of now! just quick help. i'm planning on having a bowl of all-bran with a banana sliced in it for my breakfast, healthy shaper option lunch from my local boots which has bout max 450 cals, and a regular dinner at night. this is accompanied with about 5 pints of water throughout the day, and 3 times a week trips to the gym. just a little help, what little things are good for snacking and filling me up?? are the all-bran a good choice of cereal? im trying :) to lose weight btw! thanks!
