Kev,

I am glad that you came here to get advice. The most important thing is to know that losing weight is all about eating less than your body needs. It is all numbers.

From all of the details you provided, you should be eating far less than 2100 calories per day. To burn fat, you need to be eating no more than 500 calories less than that per day. Working out at the gym is also good while we change your eating to build body mass. Working out though is a supporting role to a change in the food program.

Do this:

1. Drink 2 - 12 oz glasses of water before every meal and 1 - 12 oz glass before any snack. This will contain your appetite. It works

2. Eat some raw vegetables that you like when you are in the cab. Choose something that you like to eat.

3. Know in advance what you will eat for every meal and how many calories it is. You need to decide in advance what to eat in order to keep under the calories budget.

Make sense?
