Hi all, newbie here!!

Hi all, I'm Cheryl, age 44 (almost 45) I have always had a problem keeping weight on, usually weighing around 100-105 lbs. atleast until I turned 40!! So over the past couple of years I started gaining til I got up to 140. I just felt bad, knees starting hurting, no energy, you know the routine. So with spring here (in Georgia) I started gardening and noticed I was losing weight. So over the past two weeks I have gradually been working out (I used to be a runner, so getting back in to that) also watching what I eat, cut out sugar (toughest thing ever). I've lost 10 pounds in a little over two weeks! I have hit a plateau though :cuss and am changing up my routine to get the metabolism going again. Can't wait to learn more from you guys!!!!
