Hello everyone, my name is Steve and I weigh 168 pounds and I'm 6'1". My situation is this. My whole upper body is very slim and my lower body aka waist down is pretty over weight. I'm a big fan of basketball and I'm trying to loose this lower body fat so I can jump higher. I plan on increasing my upper body but that can wait till I lose my lower body fat. I have very good eating habits now but, I don't know how to lose the lower body weight. I would be very appreciative if someone could guide in the right direction for a routine to lose this ugly lower body weight. Thanks
