hi all.
A lil about me I'm ash, 29 and live in UK.

I'm on here to chat to like minded people who are after achieving the same goal as I am.

Five years ago I was 67kgs and competing at British level in sports. I didn't think weight would ever be a thing which would concern me at the time.

I'm now on the boarder of 90kgs and it's really getting me down and to be honest I want to get back to 70kgs and get my confidence back.

I really struggle with seeing things through and also diet is a huge problem I have as I'm very much the fussiest eater ever and also loves chocolate way to much.

I'm hoping the help and support on here will help me see it through and keep the weight off.

Welcome aboard!

So you were an awesome athlete. I'm assuming athletics stopped and from there your energy output cut back. This led to an energy surplus and hence the weight gain. Right?

You don't like the added weight, but you also struggle with seeing things through and eating too much chocolate.

My first question would be, "What's one change you think you could make on a consistent basis right now?" I don't care if it's diet or exercise related. What do you think you could confidently handle right now... stick with to prove to yourself that you are capable of seeing things through and building competence.
