hi everyone i just thought i would say hi my name is becky.i used to weight 182pounds(13stone) but i managed to lose 28pounds(2 stone) and i know weigh 154pounds(11stone) but for my height i'm 5'5 i am still too heavy and i need to lose atleast another 28pounds to be anywere near a healthy weight.i go horse riding atleast 3 times a week and look after horses everyday and i do 1 30min cardio session and 1 dance session a week.my goal is to get down to a heathly weight possibly around 126pounds(9stone) and to change my eating habits.i now that many people say that you should allow yourself a treat maybe every week but i have recently started a challenge set by my friends to not eat any crisps(i don't eat them anyway yuck) chocolate or sweets until christmas day which i acceptd and will do but i suppose really i did make up for any treats i miss because my diet has been off track recently. x becky

Hi Becky
I think you are a carbon copy of me. I am 5'5 and at my heaviest weighed 175 pounds. My goal weight is 130 pounds, which is a good weight for me. I also have horses(3) and care for them as well. I'm trying to eat well until Christmas and I sympathise with you that it's difficult. Good luck and keep in touch.
