Time to stop and change my life as this is a Beginning of a New Me :)
I keep puting exercise and Diet to the back of my mind due to work but not anymore.
It realy struck home when a friend sent me picture's of a nightout that we had.
I was three time bigger than enyone else in the picture's and all red in the face.

Thanks Andrew

Hi thanks,

Yeah first off is to sort out my diet cut all fizzy juice and bad sugars
Thats my biggest problem is eating all the wrong stuff at the wrong times. I plan to eat four clean meals a day breakfast lunch dinner and either before my work out in the morning after nightshift. I plan to prepare my own lunches for work as it will save me money as well :)

Cheers Andrew

Take care love life, keep smiling, love yourself :)

Hi Guys sorry been MIA with work been away for ten days :(
Glad to be back lol.
A little update As i last left you i was 116.2kg, Now i am down to 110.1kg
wich is not bad since i haven't been to the gym when i was away.
just cutting out soda and bad sugars, oh yeah water is my bestfriend now :)

Thanks Andrew

Hey Andrew,

I'm from Scotland as well :0) i've just read through your diary and just read your update...absolutely FANTASTIC result. Well done you.

I am inspired by you that you have cut out fizzy drinks. I do not like tea or coffee tbh I only like pepsi max, wine beer and cider everything that's bad for you. I know pepsi max is sugar free and everything but due to the fact I don't drink anything else I was finding myself drinking anything between 2-3litres of it a day which when I think about it is pretty disgusting. I do try and drink lots of water but every few weeks I have a wee relapse and give into my pepsi max addiction.

anyway well done again and i look forward to your next update :0)

Hey Andrew,

I aint as tall as you but around the same weight 117.48.....Your workout routine is quite a lot so if your achieving that at the moment well done. Water is definately a best friend I am drinking about 3L a day at the moment feeling good....if your doing weights and looking for a healthy lunch before the gym I would try eggs/seafood as it usually goes straight to your muscles so I have been told.

Ski_bunny30 thanks for the comments. :)
Fizzy juice was all i had day in day out then i watched a video on you tube that changed my mind about it. I just take it one day at a time and i find that planning my day really helps, but in the real world that never happens and if i stray off course i have my plan there to get me back in line, :)

Mog. Scotland! lol :)

Ncstone thanks for the comments
Working all night then the gym first thing was really tiring but now after a few weeks i enjoy it, :) i always do my weights before my cardio, i also use light weights, two days a week i do the drop set technique, egg white's and tuna and oat meal, love them all, I have my meal's time planed out i only eat three time's a day, and plenty of water and already i have seen big change's :)

Thanks for all your comments folk's, take it one day at a time. :)

Hi Andrew :)
You are doing good guy
Must commend you on your dedication, keep it up :patriot:
You are doing the right thing of doing weight before the cardio, it helps and burns more calories :)
Working at night and hitting gym in the morning seems good I hope you are taking rest also, don't underestimate it, it is also a key factor to weight loss and overall health and happiness :)
Hope you are taking care of it :)
Stay motivated, love life, love yourself and keep smiling :seeya:
