Hello Everyone - I am new to the site (obviously) and am really looking forward to following along with everyone's pursuit of their fitness goals. I have worked out off and on since college (early 2000's) but have recently made it a part of my everyday life. I am always looking for new programs or tips to improve my current workouts. Just recently I started to write about different topics that I am facing in my day to day meal and exercise plans. If you have a minute, please check it out and let me know what you think.
