Hi! All about self control

Hello everyone

I'm 22, 5'-7", and around 200 lbs. Went to the doctor's recently and he wants me to lose 30 lbs. I want to lose 20, but 30 would be amazing.

I work out almost religiously, lifting 3 days a week, and running around 10-15 miles a week. I eat very well from the time i wake up till around 5pm when i leave work. Its when I get home that I struggle. I obviously lose self control around then. I start drinking (i'm not an alcoholic, but i definitely have a habitual problem - I just automatically reach for a beer or three nightly) I say i'm going to eat healthy at night, then i order pizza or stop for a burger. I'm an extremely busy guy, and i take comfort in food and those 2 or 3 beers. Obviously i'm a young guy, so on top of that I go out frequently as well and consume even more alcohol.

I haven't gained any weight in over a year, but with as much as I workout I should be extremely lean. I need help with the self control. How do i break habits, and change what my mind immediately reaches for?
