My name's Kate (but I get called Lally usually, which is my last name) I'm 18 and I live in Liverpool, England.
I used to post on here but then my computer broke an I didn't have the internet for a while an I kinda just forgot.. my diet went outta the window as well (tut)
Well I am hoping to lose weight in time for Christmas and KEEP IT OFF.
I'm 145 lbs an I want to be more around 128 (I'm only small!)
Totally unhappy with the way I am now.. any support would be great and I hope to be able to offer support for other people
