this looks like a wonderful community of helpful
and positively oriented people - the kind I like
Last year I managed to lose 10 kg (about 22 pounds)
in less than three months and thus reached my ideal
weight. I gained a few pounds since then (but far
from what I weight before) and now I'm ready to
lose them again.
My strategy was set up for me by my personal trainer
(my good friend). It was a high-protein diet, eating 5
times a day. I went about 1000 kcal below my daily
requirement to sustain weight each day.
Besides that, I at least went for a walk each day (about
30 minutes), but more often than not, I hit the gym,
doing mostly aerobic exercises combined with some
weight lifting.
Throughout my "weight loss period" I focused on end
result and all the good things I expected to happen
when I lost my weight (they did
)
