Hi, 320 lb down to 270 and dropping

Hi, new here. Been on self-prescribed diet/exercise since 04/2010.

? 6' tall, 320 lb down to 270 and dropping
? goal is lose fat and gain muscle.
? around a 1200 calorie diet now, adding 106g protein a day.

? min. 1 mile , 6-10% grade; 30 min/day on treadmill
? 30 min heavy weight training every other day
? abs and push-ups every day 60 reps
