hi im starting a weight loss journey (for like the bazillionth time) and figured this time id get some support! im 5 5 and weight about 150 i want to be around 115 ish so i bought this book called "eating clean diet" and im gonna follow that plus exercise around 4 days a week with cardio and weight training

or should i do cardio until i lose the weight and then build muscle

hmmm well i m gonna remake myself so YAY i sstart tomorrow!
