o sorry i didnt add them. For my goals, i want to tone up my stomach, and arms. I want to work on my cardio alot and get it to what it was when i played basketball. I want to get toned up again for the coming school year as its a bigger, new highschool.

I am limited to where i exercise because we have cattle but i am going to start going for long bike rides and sprints on a gravel road. After, i plan on doing core training and very light weight lifting to tone up. I have some exercises i am going to use.

I need some help and tips on how i can keep motivated to keep powering through my workouts i made. i am not too sure on what HIIT means and i could use a idea on what to do for that.
