Heyy!! After years of ignoring the struggle with my weight and trying to decide what to do about it i eventually hit 257 pounds (117 Kilo's) which is alot for a person of my height. The whole time i was yo-yo dieting losing 10 gaining 20 etc. Recently i decided to get my butt into gear, im only young and i have a whole life ahead of me. My family has alot of problems due to weight, heart, diabetes, kidneys etc. and i didnt want to just be another person in my family to be criticised and judged. I feel ashamed that my mother is less then half my size. So i started on the Herbalife diet 5 days ago, i chose to use the safe option rather then going on crazy drugs like duramine (clinical based speed) and as my sister is a distributor of Herbalife we worked out a payment option and now i am happily doing the program. On the 3rd day of the program i had lost 16 cms all together from various parts of my body. My sister has told me its not the amount of weight you lose its the cm's and i believe thats true. You shouldnt necessarily judge a diet on weight loss alone, look at the cm's or in some cases inches your losing from your body rather then what the scales say.
