Heyy there

My names Mike, a uni student from Wales. Aiming to get my lose a couple waste sizes, lose some fat on my thighs, get rid of my fat pecks (and hopefully deal with the sparse gap between them) and increase the size of my shoulders so to avoid looking so lanky. Obviously everything else is included but these are my main hopes, so if anyone could help please let me know where to go to ask or let me know if you have any tips :) Look forward to chatting to you all
