I recently decided that i wanted to lose my baby fat and lose that extra weight i don't need. I was looking for a good workout plan and diet plan. I was looking around on the forum and saw LV's grocery list. I am currently 16 almost 17. Any suggestions? Also, I'm on my high school's marching band and winter percussion where we practice for 3 hours straight for 2 days and on Saturday, we practice for around 6-12 hours.
