Heyo, Im new and i need help.

I recently decided that i wanted to lose my baby fat and lose that extra weight i don't need. I was looking for a good workout plan and diet plan. I was looking around on the forum and saw LV's grocery list. I am currently 16 almost 17. Any suggestions? Also, I'm on my high school's marching band and winter percussion where we practice for 3 hours straight for 2 days and on Saturday, we practice for around 6-12 hours.
 
The only way to a successful weight loss is a healthy diet and exercise, Hope it helps you out.

Its great to see you here in the forum and are interested in getting fit and healthy!

Eating a proper diet is very important, not only for losing weight, but living a healthy lifestyle in general. Now I cannot write up a full workout program for you on this thread, but if you would like some advice on different exercises and training programs, please begin a new thread and I will promptly join in with my advice.
