Hi

I am new here ..joined last month..and I must say this is an amazing forum for help and support:)

I have come down from 240 to 176 ..and my target is 120. By the end of this year I want to be 150 atleast.

I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week and go for walks in the evening. Also started pranayam and c25k in the morning.

Right now am very excited and highly motivated to lose more weight. But on the other hand am scared and anxious if I can follow it for long and achieve what I want to achieve.

Welcome to the forum. You have lost a fantastic amount of weight already. Good luck with the rest of your journey.

If you haven't already, I recommend reading the stickies at the top of each board. There is so much information there.

yeah you are right, I must read the stickies. No, I haven't read them all. I was confused and doing my own thing (although I did lose) but getting worried all the time of falling flat, until I found a great site of some person called liz aka wishes.

Everything is mentioned so clearly over there. Now I know what and how to do:)

Now I am tracking my calories and also thinking of starting a diary since many people here have mentioned that writing a diary helped them a lot.
