Great, Jessica. Determination is a big step to getting moving toward your goals. I also believe in mini-goals. Like every 10 pounds, I'll get a new shirt, or go to a movie or play, etc. A 2-pound per week loss is around 10 pounds per month. Of course, it's easier said than done! I need an eating plan that shows day by day, meal by meal, what I can eat. I'm very methodical and that does work for me.
