Hey my name is Ivan, I am 20, male. Weight 232 lbs and my goal is 185. If I reach that goal I will go on to 175 lbs. Currently my tactic is to drink kefir and eat yogurt to loose weight. It works, but when I run out of money for yougurt, I spoil myself at nights :rolleyes: .
My method is to drink yogurt/kefir and mix it with the nutrition flavorless powder with all the vitamins and protein. Of course currently I got no money, but in a week or so I will be able to start anew.
Any other probiotic lovers out there? Maybe they can share a recipe for yogurt/kefir making....:p
Well hope I reach the goal 185lbs. My goal till end of April is to go past the 215lbs and be close to 200lbs.
 
Welcome to the site and congrats on 2 lbs lost.

And i never heard about that....eating a ton of fat free yogurt...i should research more about it.
