Hey!

So I've been looking for a fitness forum for awhile and I finally found this one! I'm excited to start using it. I'm very athletic and have always loved sports. I played baseball for about four years, I loved it, even if I was the only girl! :) I ran my first 5k last November with my runner dad. The gym is probably my favorite place! I'm planning to go to basketball camp this summer...it will be a learning experience seeing that I don't know how to play it. I'm excited to learn though. I'm trying to persuade my parents to let me do martial arts or kickboxing next fall. I'm pretty positive I want to be a personal trainer as soon as I can! Four more years!!!

Besides fitness I also have a passion for music. My main instruments are flute and piano, but I also play oboe, piccolo, clarinet, and harp. I'm defently a woodwind person! :) BTW, gooo RED SOX! <3
 
How long have you been working out aside from the athletic sports that you play? It really depends where in personal training that you want to go. Do you want to do physical therapy, sports medicine, or just train people of all fitness levels when it comes to working out. I never realized that there are many avenues to personal training and fitness altogether. I myself would like to be a personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor. I want to teach people of all ages and fitness levels how to lose weight, be healthy, and improve one's overall fitness. I have the passion and gift to want to do this. I say more power to you and you have my complete support. Hey when we both become personal trainers we can compare workout routines. Best of luck to you.
