Hey!

My name is Eric and I'm 17 and am just starting to get into this daily exercise thing.
Before summer break I would exercise and run every now and then but sense summer break started Ive been starting a daily routine of exercising and then jogging and Ive been doing it for 2 weeks straight now and still going strong.

I love how a lot of the questions I was planning on asking have already been asked after using the search feature on this site.

I know ill get help from here regarding exercising.:beerchug:
