Hello everyone, stunbled upon this site when i was on google, probably looking up some sort of diet or other.Ill guess ill start with an intro about me then..

Well im 19 y.o, 5ft 3 and weigh in now at roughly 11 stone (goes from 10 stone 10 to 11 stone in days). I have put on 2 stone in the last year and a half after settling down with my partner and just stopped doing any exercise at all, especially since passing the driving test!

I ve decided that i want to get back to 9 stone by my 20th birthday in may next year to get my confidence back and loose my belly! Ive recently joined the gym and have managed to go down a few times but not no where as much as id like, ive no car so im walking more, but now im going to have to look at my diet next!

Dont really know what else to say but hey to everyone and thanks for reading :)
