My names Steve,Im 20, I weight 240 pounds and im 6ft2.
Im looking to lose as much weight as I canm I've started eating healthily (salads and fruit for dinner etc) and am jogging every night after work for 30-45 mins, I lost 7 pounds within the first 3 days doing this but days 4 to 7 ive lost nothing and i cant see why. I was hoping to get some help here and any tips would be appreciated!
