My names Steve,Im 20, I weight 240 pounds and im 6ft2.

Im looking to lose as much weight as I canm I've started eating healthily (salads and fruit for dinner etc) and am jogging every night after work for 30-45 mins, I lost 7 pounds within the first 3 days doing this but days 4 to 7 ive lost nothing and i cant see why. I was hoping to get some help here and any tips would be appreciated! :)
 
Well, first that 7 pounds wasn't fat. It was likely some water weight and some fat. Second, eating healthy doesn't mean you are eating less calories than you are burning.
 
I am almost certain it's water weight, keep your work out going, you will soon see fat loss. Another thing, you have to leave a calorie deficit of 500 everyday to lose a pound and I believe that work out(especially cardio, keeping your heart racing at fat burning zone) ensures that you lose fat.
