Hello, I am here to get some help finding a good way to shed some pounds [and inches!] in 2 months!

I'm 5"3 [last time I checked, though I'm still growing so possibly 5"4]
15 Years Young. :)
Well, My wii fit tells me I am 7.5 stone, but I know its not true.
I'd make an estimate of 8-9 Stone, not any more.

I am looking to go back to 7-7.5 stone [eventually], but I want to "trim up" for a special event I have in 2 months. I read that you can safely lose 2 pounds per week, so hopefully by the end of two months I would have lost 1 Stone 2 pounds [16 Pounds].

I used to be very skinny, and not really eat at all, but when I started getting pocket money I began going to the shop alot more and that is when I got sort of "chubby", my weight has never been a big concern, but up until recently I have a bit of flab which I am looking forward to get rid of.

I've written up my own Food and Fitness Planner, which I promise to follow, hand on my heart! :Angel_anim:

I came here to look for some good excersize routines and advice if possible. I need specific routines, also, I can't afford to buy any sort of fitness equiment, nor do I currently have any, so I am going to have to do this all by myself. If this is the wrong section for this, I do aploagize, [I am new afterall ].

I'm pretty sure you'll be needing some more details about me to determine a good excersize routine, so just ask and I will reply!

Thanks for reading.

2 pounds per week is quite a bit, especially for someone as small as you. That's about 2 percent of your current weight, and a rate of 1 percent per week is more advisable. Also, if you are still growing, excessive rate of weight loss could stunt your growth.

Why do you think you weigh 8-9 stone? Why not get yourself weighed on a good scale if you don't trust the wii.

For exercise, I suggest reading the sticky threads in the exercise part of the forum.

Hmm, I should be getting scales soon, so I'll update on that, just to check. Im not really sure, I mean I think its cause I have a little flab. I'll be reading those later, thanks for the advice :)

Oh, well, I went on the scales earlier today and it said I was about 7.7 stone... I'm not to sure if I should trust it, because my mum went on it and it told her the right weight, but then my aunty went on it and it told her she was one stone heavier! So it could be broken.

However, If I really am 7.7 stone then I don't know much I will have to lose to trim up, I can't guarantee this is a good estimate but 6.5 stone? Not too sure D:
