Hey lynd here :waving:
Im 18 years of age, currently 16 stone, at 6ft1 T_T
And started to do exercise again
I do 30 10 morning/20 night minuites running a day, On Just Dance for like 1-2 hours a day, and i do 30 sit ups in the morning and at night, and 10 press-ups, along with half an hour on the rowing machine, and 10 minuites with 5KG weights..
Ive recently started this since i got just dance, which was two weeks ago, and i feel great.
Just for opinions, what do you think my weight loss will be by the end of june?Oh, and i also eat small propotions of food, having 2 wheetabix for breakfast (miss dinner because i hate canteen/tesco's food) and either have a salad, or a sandwhich for tea.
Eee, cant belive ive said all this, but i gotta get my confidence up :3

Forgot to add, i do this 6 times a week, sunday been my day off
