Hey,

My name is Jake and im 14 years old, I am 6' 2'' and about to be in the 9th grade. I weight about 235LB's and I got a month of summer left to lose a bit of weight so I can look good :D. I know the whole balance thing with not exceeding calories earned over calories burned. I was thinking that I stick to that and Go to the Gym and go on the Allyptical/Treadmill for a straight hour every day and run up a 15 count stair well atleast 20 times. In a single Day.

I only got a month to go guys so tell me what you think.


Also if I do this routine for a straight month how much weight do you think I will lose? I usually eat 1-2 full meals dailey.
