hey. i'm new here, after several half assed attempts i'm hoping to lose someweight, only about 15-20 pounds, but i'd like to build more muscle. My weighs shifted a lot 180-150-180-220-205 currently. it seems i live a life of excess so cutting one thing out seems to have huge effects. hoping to get a fairly regular diet, thouh i'm focusing mostly on exercize/and mostly ust getting rid of the really bad eating habits(ie: drinkin lots of beer/soda/fastfood). just joined up here for something to help keep track that i'm actually doing this.
