Hey, I am new to this forum! I used to weigh 300lbs but I've dropped about 80 pounds by buying an online diet guide that really seemed to help. My main goal is to drop another 40lbs and start gaining some muscle!
 
Im hoping to lose about 15lbs and then start gaining muscle.

Couple years ago I tried to combine Arobic with Stregnth training, didnt go so well ><, ended up gaining fat weight

Your training is not the reason you gained fat. The only way you gain fat is by eating more than you burn.

Strength training does not cause you to gain fat.
Aerobics don't cause you to gain fat.

The only thing that causes you to gain fat is eating too much.

Get control of your diet and you'll get control of the fat.
