Hey, im Ravi!

Im a man on a mission (it seems pretty obvious what that 'mission' is) :p For 17 years I have been faced with one problem - overweight, border lining obesity.

For those years I was seduced by those "oh-so-yummy-and-nice-looking" food's, but for 2 months ive decided this is enough. I went cold turkey on fattening foods and large portions, and just decided to cut out chocolates, fizzy drinks, sweets and whatnot, and live a healthy lifestyle with manageable portions and plenty of greens. I'll tell you its alright, no regret or addictions whatsoever!

Today, I just got my 6 month student gym membership, and will ask my trainer to make a weight loss programme for me tommorrow.

My aim is to completely change myself...in a time period of max 4 years (before end of University)

I hope to learn lots of things from this forum and its people, and build up my motivation!
