Hey just going to post an introduction I have tried to loose weight now since I was 15 I've just turned 17 a few days back and I'm wanting to get in shape for my 18th birthday. so I can start going out to clubs with my mates again without feeling self conscious about dancing and having trouble pulling girls, I'm lucky as my friends haven't skanked me and I still have many but I'd rather be fit and feel better about myself so I can enjoy the youth I will only get once.
I started putting weight on when I started highschool I weighed around 12 stone and I left weighing 20 stone, I lost 2 stone when I weighed 19 stone but I put it back on soon after. I'm wanting to go out so I'm looking for all the support and diet ideas I can find and as I have used these forums before they seem like the ideal place.

I really want to get down to around 13 stone and then after that I hope to build up I currently weigh 20 stone.
I haven't planned out diets yet but I have a gym membership I will be spending tommorow researching and deciding what will be best for me but I just made this post to say hi and to get to know some of the community.
