hi just thought i'd introduce myself. i'm sarah 20 from ireland. weighed about 189 pounds at the start of last year and now weigh 140!
i'm looking to get my weight down to about 125 but i just can't! i keep binging on takeaways and comfort eating! i have a flabby stomach and i hate it! i've come this far and i want to keep going :(

advice and motivation would be sooooooo helpful thanks! :)

Well firstly give yourself a pat on the back for that weight loss and please don't lose sight, of course you can do it, you have already detailed the possible cause of not shifting those final pounds. Its about being honest with ourselves, exercise is key and I would highly recommend you make a diary on here and get on it for 10 minutes after updating your ticker each morning.

Think about what you wrote the day before, where you went wrong, what you did well, its amazing how talking to ourselves in a diary can help, surrounded by others going through the same. Small steps Sarah, concentrate on the areas you are unhappy with. Ask the question about what and how will make your problem areas better, quicker. Accept imperfections too. Break your goals into smaller ones eg. 4, 5 or 7lbs etc.

aw thanks for the advice! i like the ideaa of smaller goals especially might be easier to reward myself for ereaching the small goals regularly than to just wait for the big one!
