I'm new to the website. Love it so far. There's a lot of information on here. I've been dieting for about 3 weeks but it has moved past dieting to trying to just incorporate better diet & exercise habits into my life. I'm a college student. Gained the Freshman 15 (more like 10ish) and lost a good amount. That put me back to my regular weight of about 185ish and now I am trying to get rid of that too. I've been using the Extreme Fat Smash as guidelines and so far I've lost a nice amount. I haven't weighed yet but will tomorrow when the three weeks are up. I used to weigh myself CONSTANTLY and learned that if I weigh myself every 3 weeks, as opposed to everyday, I would be more happy with whatever amount of weight I lost, even if it was 5lbs! Because over the course of those three weeks I'll probably have shifted weight about 10+ times and looking everyday (even every week) would make it very discouraging. So, I can't wait to check in. Having a cheat day on Saturday with some steamed Chinese food!

Okay, I should be writing this in the diary section, lol.
