I'm Gemma (but the username was taken, so now I'm Gemmaa haha!)
I'm 18 years old, and am pretty much fed up with my weight.
I've been at school for the past 12 years (almost finished my last year at college), and have found that I couldn't follow a strict diet due to school food only being really unhealthy, plus not having that much time to exercise, with school until 4pm and then homework/coursework to do..
I've finally had enough. I've been bullied about my weight since I was 5 years old, and the depression that was caused by this only made me eat more.. I'm an awful comfort eater.
I've just bought a mini trampoline, and have been jogging on it, which I think is a good start, as I wasn't doing ANY exercise previously, so a bit is better than none, right?!
Anyway, I could really use your support!
I'm 18, and have never had a proper boyfriend! I'm fed up of it, & it has to change. I am determined to lose a fair amount before I start university in 5 months time, as I just want to be accepted there.
I don't know how much I weigh, we don't have scales, so I'll just have to judge from how my clothes fit..
