Hi my name is Kate im just starting to work out. I joined the gym today yey!!! Im gunna start tomorrow i cant wait. What do you suggest i do? They have lots of machines most i dont even know how they work or what not. I also have a treadmill at home that im gunna start using at nights ill start tonight. Ill try and do about a half hour just cause i dont wanna start out and do to much. I also wanna do some sit ups and push ups at night how many should i start to out with. I bought One A Day Women (weight smart). Has anyone ever used that? If so has it worked for you? Any advise would be wonderful. Thanks
