Hi my name is Kate im just starting to work out. I joined the gym today yey!!! Im gunna start tomorrow i cant wait. What do you suggest i do? They have lots of machines most i dont even know how they work or what not. I also have a treadmill at home that im gunna start using at nights ill start tonight. Ill try and do about a half hour just cause i dont wanna start out and do to much. I also wanna do some sit ups and push ups at night how many should i start to out with. I bought One A Day Women (weight smart). Has anyone ever used that? If so has it worked for you? Any advise would be wonderful. Thanks
 
the onea day weight smart vitamin will do very little than act as a multi vitamin-- it will not help you lose any weight...

What's your current height and weight and how much are you looking to lose?

Im sorry i forgot to add that. Im 5'4" and i weigh 137lbs. My goal weight is about 115lbs. So i need to lose about 22lbs.
