Hi everyone,
I'm so psyched about being on this site, and I'm so motivated to lose weight! I'm only 17 years old, but I started off weighing 202 lbs 10 weeks ago and I now weigh 169.8 lbs. I'm following a diet called "Ideal Protein". I'm really happy because I've just surpassed my plateau which lasted 3 weeks, and it's probably the first time that I actually waited for it to pass before giving up. I want to go down to 130 lbs before I leave for the caribbean in March, but if I don't quite make it (let's say I go down to 140), it's okay. I've haven't ever been slim and it's always bothered me so I'd like to do it once and for all! Anyways, I'm new and nice to meet you all. God bless.

Congrats on the weight loss success so far! thats amazing! Keep up the awesome work ... Im jealous ur going to the Carribean! .. Ummm if I lose a few can you sneak me in your suitcase? hehe
